From the 2007 to 2009 timeframe American DND performed the renovation, rehabilitation and rebuilding of over 500 public housing ‘units’ at multiple housing facilities throughout Buffalo New York. Work included lead and asbestos abatement, structural repairs and modifications, pitched and flat roof removals and replacements, removal and replacements of entire HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, new insulation and drywall and all finishes including flooring, painting and trim.
